History

118 Tenby originally had a ruddier finish to the outside, but it was redone sometime between 2014 and 2018. Below is a photograph of its more original state.

The home is extant to at least 1967, at the time of the death of its owner, Joseph Beasten. By 1971, it was owned by the Breslers at the time of the death of Anna Bresler. They sold it to the Diazes in 1975 for $58,000, and the Diazes put it on the market in 1980 for $96,500. It sold for $90,250 to the McLaughlins, who sold it in 2016 for $385,000.
